The regulation, explained
- GPSR Article 19, word for wordArticle 19 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 is the legal basis for nearly every "add GPSR information" field a marketplace shows you. Here is the text itself.
- Who needs a GPSR Responsible PersonArticle 16 requires an EU-established Responsible Person for most products, or the product cannot be placed on the market at all. Who qualifies, and who does not.
